  • Technical writing and argumentation of offers
  • Follow-up of the offers towards customers
  • Administrative management (customer contacts – suppliers – employees)
  • Logistics: purchasing & stock management
  • Project coordination
    • Planning
    • Site management
    • Quality control and profitability
  • Preparation of invoicing

Your profile

  • Technical Bachelor with minimum 3-year experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge in one or more of our technical fields of activity
  • Computer knowledge: MS Office, Viso / Autocad, MS Project, ERP
  • Dutch speaking with a good oral and written mastery of French and English
  • Mastery of customer relations
  • Correct and effective oral and written communication, assertiveness and diplomacy
  • Organized, Stress Resistant, Rigorous, Flexible, Pro-active, Versatile
